The Treehouse Internet Group attends Street Fight Summit 2017
The 7th annual Street Fight Summit, took place from June 12th-14th at the Weylin - a historic event space in Williamsburg, NY.
Street Fight Summit celebrates success and innovation in hyperlocal and location-based marketing by featuring some of the technology and media companies in the space including Google, Facebook, YP, Foursquare, InfoGroup,Uberall, DexKnows,Brandify, Bing and more.
Throughout the day, we listened to a flurry of presentations that ranged between 20-30 minutes about what's new in the local marketing space via Q&A's or panel discussions and confirmed many of the approaches the Treehouse takes with our clients every day.
The Treehouse will stay on top of the local search market, as many local data points may become insignificant or blossom in the near future (such as physical locations closing/liquidating, voice search and the rise of mobile search).
Our team will also look out for local search market acquisitions and trends to see how local data points may become easier to absorb and distribute.
